Tim, I enjoy reading your blog. God has birthed a new ministry this year and I am making fitness just as much a lifestyle as the things of God. I agree 100% with every word you said. Your health is important and this is a message that I plan to proclaim throughout the year and the years to come as long as I live. God is concerned with how believers respect His temple and honor our bodies. He said “present our bodies as a living sacrifies, holy and acceptable to Him…….” May times ministers, leaders and believers neglect and lose the balance of incorporating the physical into the spiritual.
