Tim was a young man who had no purpose in life, his only direction as a young man was to use crystal meth everyday of his teenage life. He says ” I came to a point where I cried out and asked for help” That help came on February 22, 1995 where Tim received Jesus Christ in his life. ” At that point I knew the Lord was for real, all I wanted was to stop using drugs. Not only did Tim get delivered from his addiction but he also felt the call to the ministry.

Today , Tim serves as a regional youth pastor at Victory Outreach Church of San Diego. He has traveled the world sharing about the grace of God and is reaching people from all nationalities and backgrounds through the message of hope found in Jesus Christ.  ”There is a mandate, and that mandate is to reach and disciple hurting people for God.I’m so excited and privileged to be part of a move of God”

Tim has recently got married to the love of his life Jennifer Vasquez and has attended Fuller Youth Institute part of Fuller Theological Seminary , Devos Urban Leadership and the Urban Training Center. Tim has been exposed to cross-culture ministry  and is  working together with urban youth pastors in reaching young people from all over San Diego County.
